We Stop Foreclosures

One of our favorite ways to help people and serve the community is to stop a foreclosure. Our strategy to do this is a win win win for the homeowner, the bank and for Win Win Financial Solutions. Here’s how we do it…

If a homeowner has enough equity or cash in the house to cover transaction costs

• Win Win Financial Solutions will buy the house from the homeowner allowing the homeowner to escape the foreclosure without further damage to their credit (a WIN for the homeowner)
• Win Win Financial Solutions will pay off the bank (a WIN for the bank)
• Win Win Financial Solutions will either rent the house or fix it up and sell it. Sometimes Win Win Financial Solutions can share some of the expected profits with the homeowner to help with moving expenses or to get started in a new place. (a WIN for Win Win Financial Solutions)
